  4. Save as a New Template: If you’ve created a customized list of questions, you can use this feature to name & save the list for future use in a different Job Post.
  5. Rename: Change the displayed name of the interview. For in-person interviews, this is internal-only.
  6. Delete All Questions: If you’ve decided you want to start from the top, this will wipe out all questions in your current list.
  7. Edit Questions: To edit any question, click on the line the question is in. The line will create a box around the question to signify you’ve selected the correct one and you can type in the box as needed to make your edits. Click outside the box once complete to confirm the change.
  8. Drag-and-Drop Questions: To move the question order easily, use the hamburger icon located to the left of the numerical order indicator for each question. Holding that down, you can drag the question to a different part of the list.
